Experienced racer Luke Harris becomes the fifth addition to the Buxton DUCTAIR Bulls side for the return of speedway to the Derbyshire track.

He started his speedway career by becoming the 2014 500cc British Youth champion before making his debut for Kent. Last year, he was a team mate of Bulls capture Jamie Etherington at both Kent and in the joint Sheffield and Scunthorpe side, returning to speedway after a 6-year absence, but riding grass track during that time.
Harris commented, “It’s a new challenge for me at a new club, and I am looking forward to it. Having Jamie there is good, and the side we are putting together should be solid.”
Team boss Rogers thinks Harris can be a vital part of the engine room of the side; “Luke is experienced, and I think the Buxton track will suit him, and he can give the heat leaders solid support. He’s on a giveaway average, and as I put different possible teams down on paper, he fitted a lot of them, so I went for him.”
