BUXTON Bulls continue their preparations for the National Development League campaign when they host a Stoke Potters Select side at Hi-Edge Raceway on Sunday, 24th May, 3 pm.

Stoke closed at the end of the 2019 season as their Loomer Road track was sold for development, and since many Potters supporters make the trip to the Derbyshire venue, Laurence Rogers wanted to put a Potters side together for them to cheer on.

The Bulls promotion has also sent out invitations to several former Potters riders and confirmed are former Stoke skippers Nigel Crabtree and Alan Molyneux, along with Gary O’Hare.

Laurence Rogers commented, “We wanted to get the Stoke Supporters involved and get the Potters back on track, and feel this is a good opportunity to do that, and I also have some affection for the Potters as I am a former announcer of the club, so they’ve always been close to my heart.”
