BUXTON ‘Ductair’ Bulls have confirmed that Sunday’s National Development League meeting against the Leicester Lion Cubs at Hi-Edge Raceway will be the last meeting of the 2026 season.
Although this Sunday will be the last action for the Bulls in 2026, the directors of the Buxton ‘Ductair’ Bulls have confirmed that they will be returning to the tapes in 2027 in the National Development League, whatever the format will be.

Bulls team manager Laurence Rogers said, “The directors of the club have sat down and looked towards 2027 and have decided that the club will return next season. I cannot wait to get started, and I’m already looking to next season with a lot of enthusiasm. I’m delighted that the supporters now know they have a team to support next year. It also shows riders that we are stable and that we know the club is running.
“I’d also like to thank the directors for backing the Bulls next season, and to our loyal band of volunteers and the track staff that make everything happen and to the paramedics and medical staff that turn out for each meeting because they are an integral part of the sport and they are very much appreciated by myself and the directors of the club.
“We obviously now have to wait and see what happens concerning the league next season and what format it will take and any likely points limit, but the main news and the best news going into the close season is that we will return in 2027.”
