Following the crash at Buxton last Sunday and his airlifting to Stoke hospital, there was some good news that his wife, Kirsty, was able to release.
Last week, Connor was involved in a serious incident and was admitted to a major trauma unit, where he has been receiving specialist care. The first few days were critical, and he required intensive monitoring and support while doctors worked to stabilise his condition.

Over the past week, there has been steady and encouraging progress. Connor is now awake and breathing independently, although he remains extremely fatigued, and continues to be closely monitored as his recovery progresses.
There is still a long road ahead. Connor continues to receive treatment and will require time, rest, and rehabilitation to understand the full extent of his recovery. At this stage, it is too early to predict long-term outcomes.
We would like to express our heartfelt thanks to the emergency services, medical teams, and hospital staff who have provided outstanding care. We are also incredibly grateful for the support, kindness, and generosity shown by the community during this difficult time.
We would also like to sincerely thank everyone who has donated through track collections and GoFundMe. Your generosity has made a real difference to our family and means more than we can express.
Thank you for your understanding and ongoing support.
